Orders placed after 12noon Singapore ( GMT +8 ) time, will be shipped out the next business day.

Orders placed on a Friday & weekends will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat-rate of S$20.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days via registered airmail. A booking reference number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Upon dispatch, please allow 7-15 working days for delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We offer express worldwide shipping at a flat-rate of S$50.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days via DHL Express. A booking reference will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Upon dispatch, please allow 3-6 working days for delivery.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders above S$400.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days via registered airmail. A booking reference will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Upon dispatch, please allow 7-15 working days for delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES

VAT/ Taxes and Duties are not included in shipping fees or product prices. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes imposed by the country.

Should the recipient refuse delivery of their order, items will be considered abandoned. Therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
