Returns + Exchanges

Not the perfect fit? Fret not.

Vilry.co maintains a fuss-free, no questions asked return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items postmarked within 7 days of receipt.

Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached. We will not accept returns or exchanges for any items without the original tags, or returned items that are damaged, soiled, worn or washed. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.

Accessories: Due to hygiene standards, we are unable to refund/ exchange accessories unless it is defective upon receiving it.

We will notify you via email/ Whatsapp once your return has been processed.

If products are in original condition, we will process the refund (via Paynow) within 3 working days after receiving them. Exchanges are subjected to availability. New products will be courier over to you the following day.
